The Altoona Mirror is reporting that attorney Edward Rymsza is upset that a federal judge stated that the latest appeal by Sandusky should be dismissed. The reason is because Sandusky has another appeal before a Pennsylvania court, and that matter has to be settled first. That is why the federal judge, Joseph Saporito recommended that the appeal for review be dismissed. The objection to this request was filed last week. Sandusky is facing having to pay $95,000 restitution to Centre County, which is the current court filing that is unresolved. Sandusky is still appealing his conviction and 30-60 year prison sentence for sexually assaulting numerous young boys while coaching football at Penn State.
