WTAJ reports that 2 male juveniles ages 15 and 17 male juveniles were arrested after they were reportedly caught at the scene of a fire at Garfield Park yesterday. The report says that a state parole agent who was in the area noticed the fire and two people leaving the scene. Altoona firefighters were sent to the scene and had the fire under control before it could do significant damage. The two suspects were picked up and taken into custody. Approximately 100 yards of earth was damaged as a result of the fire. There were no injuries reported. The duo is charged with arson.
