WTAJ reports that police arrested Nathan Snowberger and Harley Houp on charges of possessing drugs in their Altoona home. Police say they arrested the couple and fond them to be in possession of THC wax, methamphetamines and drug paraphenalia on Wednesday of this week. Both were taken into custody and charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, and both are locked up in the Blair County jail after each failed to post bail. Snowberger was out on parole and has 11 prior convictions of drug possession dating back to 2007.
