The Altoona Symphony Orchestra’s 94th season continues 7:30, Saturday evening March 18th at the Mishler Theatre in downtown Altoona with “Shakespeare's Passion.” With Guest Conductor Benjamin Firer. Selections are Mendelssohn’s “A Midsummer Night's Dream Overture” David Diamond’s “Romeo & Juliet,” and Korngold's “Much Ado About Nothing.” The Symphony’s principal clarinetist, Anthony Poehailos will be featured on Rossini’s “Introduction, Theme and Variations.”
