2022 Altoona Dog Licenses are available at the Finance Department of City Hall, 1st Floor, Suite 104, weekdays 8:30am to 4pm; Fiore True Value Hardware, 55 6th Avenue and at the Central PA Humane Society, 1837 Pleasant Valley Blvd (please call ahead if going to CPHS).
