The 2nd Annual Katy’s Karnival is Friday, July 7th from 5 to 8pm, Saturday the 8th from 10am to 7pm and Sunday the 9th from Noon to 6. Friday, they’ll have Touch The Truck with Excelsior Fire Department, AMED/EMS, 9-1-1 Communication, Police and more, Saturday and Sunday there’ll be carnival games, food trucks, and bounce house.  This year’s proceeds benefit repairs at the community pool.  It’s at the Hillside Community Church Recreation Center, 508 Cambria Street in Bellwood.  For details call 814-414-9524
