The Altoona Police Department will celebrate National Night Out Tuesday, August 6th, 6 to 9pm on Heritage Plaza in downtown Altoona.  There’ll be a dunk tank, vehicle displays, food vendors including Meadows Kettle Corn, Michael’s Pizzeria, Newburg Firehall and Yoder’s Yak Shack.
