The selection committee bases its selections on the following criteria: Live and work in Armstrong County, be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident, demonstrate a need for safe, stable housing, show financial stability, meet income guidelines, willingness to partner with Habitat by volunteering your time throughout the building process.
