ArtsAltoona Center will have their 3rd Annual Midnight Screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show Saturday, October 28th.  Doors open Saturday at 11pm.  The costume contest is at 11:30, and the movie starts Midnight in the Blank Canvas Center.  Admission is a $5 cover.  It’s at 2212 6th Avenue in Altoona
