ArtsAltoona’s 2nd Annual Christkindl Market will be Saturday, November 23rd from Noon to 5 at the Unter Uns Society, 1401 Van Buren Avenue in Altoona.  It’s a German-style outdoor vendor market with a variety of hand-crafted items, food, seasonal beverages and children’s activities.  There’ll be live music every hour.  Admission is $5 for adults, free for children under 12
