The Blair County Historical Society will have a Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and Caroling Friday, November 17th, 6pm at Baker Mansion.  Caroling will be led by members of the Altoona Horseshoe Chorus.  There’ll be hot chocolate and cookies.  The Mansion is at 3419 Oak Lane in Altoona.
