The 3rd Annual Blair Creators Festival, presented by ArtsAltoona and the Sheetz Fellowship, is Saturday, April 27th from Noon to 8pm in downtown Altoona, at Heritage Plaza, along 11th Avenue and the AMTRAK parking lots.  There’ll be over 60 vendors and crafters, and live music from local bands throughout the day.  For more information go to their website or Facebook page.
