The City of Altoona is holding an Open House and Plans Display to give the public information and a chance to comment on the re-write of the Zoning and Land Development Ordinances.  It’s Tuesday, October 29th from 5:30 to 7pm at the City’s Training Facility, 1747 Margaret Avenue
