Families United For Change will host a “Soup-er Sunday” February 4th from 1 to 5pm at the Catholic War Veterans, 290 Valley Avenue in Altoona.  There’ll be soups, baked goods and more.  Soups are $10 a quart. There’ll also be a loaded baked potato bar in the CWV kitchen
