The Blair County African American Festival and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church will host Juneteenth Jubilee Saturday, June 22nd starting at 1pm.  There’ll be music, free drum lessons for children and adults and a Tribute to fallen freedom fighters.  RSVP by June 14th AT THIS LINK if you wish to attend the dinner.  It’s at the church, 806 13th Street in Altoona
