Richland Twp. Police will be co hosting a License Plate Replacement Event Thursday afternoon May 9th from 4:30 to 6:30 at the Greater  Johnstown Career & Technology Center.  Officers will determine if your plates need to be replaced, and provide you with the paperwork.  This is FREE.  For more information, go to the Richland Twp.
