Rick Schafer & Lauren Young are hosting a River Schafer Benefit Event at the Ford City VFW, 2125 Bailey Avenue in Ford City. The event will be on Saturday, February 17^th from noon to 6pm. River is 5 years old and has been diagnosed with a very rare blood disease which has lead him to be in the hospital multiple times. The benefit will have live entertainment, 50/50, Chinese Auction, a DJ and lots of food. All proceeds will benefit the Family of River Schafer for ongoing medical costs and daily living expenses.
