“We The People”, a Democracy Roundtable and exhibition event is Saturday, October 5th at the Southern Alleghenies Museum of the Arts in downtown Altoona.  From 1 to 3pm, hear two talks. At 1 Harriet Gaston on “A Brief History of Civil Rights in Blair County, and at 2, Dr. Jared Frederick on “Keystone of the War” about Altoona’s place in Civil War history.  Registration is required but Free.   Go to www.sama-art.org
