The Annual Shake Our Canz and Goodz for Canned Goodz to benefit the St. Vincent DePaul Society Soup Kitchen will be Wednesday, February 14th from 5:30 to 7:30pm at Fit N Fun House, 3000 7th Avenue 2nd Floor Rear in Altoona.  All are welcome; suggested admission is a minimum of 10 cans of food or $10
