The Blair County Arts Foundation presents Tom Sweitzer’s one-man Off-Broadway show, “20 Seconds” Saturday, March 2nd at 2 at the Mishler Theatre in downtown Altoona.  The play tells the story of Sweitzer’s childhood in Altoona, and includes mature subject matter.  Proceeds support the Mishler Theatre.
