Vietnam Veterans of America, Blair County Chapter 967 presents Vets Fest 2024 Sunday, August 4th from Noon to 8:30 at the Unter Uns Music & Entertainment Society, 1401 Van Buren Avenue in Altoona.  Bands include Backyard Rockers, Flashpoint, the Stiffs, Skye 2.0 and the McCaulley Project.  All proceeds benefit Blair County veterans and the VVA
