Altoona artist Walkney will be in-concert Saturday, October 21st in the Grottos at the ArtsAltoona Center. 2212 6th Avenue in Altoona.  Guest artists include “Why Bother”, “Toy The Band” and “The Pines.” Doors open at 6, the concert starts at 7. Admission is $10
