It’s the 3rd Annual Kittanning Wall of Flags, sponsored by the John T. Montgomery Brothers Memorial Scholarship applications are due by May 1st.  MBMS grants four $500 scholarships annually to high school seniors graduating from Armstrong School District.  Eligible applicants must be pursuing employment in a blue collar or skilled trade industry, or accepted to post-secondary education program 18 months or less.
